Hospitality Program
Our plans include a restaurant/training school. The restaurant will target the local and tourist markets and set a new standard for restaurants in the region. This will provide opportunities for the children to gain diverse skills, as our restaurant will need chefs, kitchen staff and waiters as well as marketing and management.
The permaculture and kitchen gardens will provide much of the produce. It is hoped that the restaurant will be a viable business contributing to the overall sustainability of the village.
Visitor Accommodation
We intend to create quality accommodation near our Eco Village for volunteers and tourists. Guests can dine at the GKG restaurant/cafe, go horse-riding, and observe the daily running of the village. They’ll be able to watch shows put on by the performing arts students, get to know the kids and lend a helping hand where needed.
Eco Tours - Coming Soon
GKG will create packages for tourists that include airfares, accommodation, and tours of the Eco Village and Cambodian tourist attractions.
